Dave Wilkinson grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area, a fact that becomes impotent during the baseball and football seasons. He received his BA in journalism from Whitworth University in Spokane, WA, and his masters from Fuller Theological Seminary in Pasadena, CA.    Following his ordination as a pastor in the Presbyterian Church, he served as Associate Pastor at First Presbyterian Church in Concord, CA, before moving to Oroville, CA, to serve as pastor at Trinity Presbyterian Church, where he was part of two building programs. After seven years there, he was invited in 1986 to plant a new Presbyterian Church in Moorpark, CA, where he served until his retirement in 2014. This 28-year ministry included three large building projects.
